The Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Tourism and the Ministry of Education of Romania have announced a new program of 40 scholarships for foreign citizens by an evaluation-based competition organized according to Romanian regulations, for undergraduate and postgraduate studies in accredited higher education institutions in Romania.
