  3. Order Confirmation: If you agree with the quote, you confirm your order.
  4. Translation Process: Your document(s) will be translated by professional translators specialized in the relevant field and language pair.
  5. Editing and Quality Check (Editing/Proofreading): The translated output will undergo an editing and review process by a second translator or editor to ensure accuracy, grammar, style, and consistency.
  6. Formatting and Finalization: We will format the translated document according to your request (e.g., maintaining the original layout).

A sworn translator is a translator who has passed qualification exams and taken an oath by the authorized authority (in Indonesia, typically by the Governor or the Ministry of Law and Human Rights) to translate official documents. Sworn translations are typically required for documents that will be used for official legal or administrative purposes, such as:

  • Birth certificates, family cards, identity cards, passports.
  • Diplomas and academic transcripts.
  • Marriage certificates, divorce certificates.
  • Legal contracts, agreements.
  • Court documents.

The sworn translation results will be stamped and signed by the sworn translator and include an official statement.
